The operator manually installs the Twist Off jar into the vacuum chamber and puts on the lid.
The top cover of the vacuum chamber is pressed against the base with a handle.
The operator opens the valve to create a vacuum in the working container (jar). When the required vacuum level is reached, the operator presses the Twist Off can lid handle and turns it clockwise until it stops. In this case, the product is sealed in a vacuum. Next, the operator switches the valve to the pressure relief mode in the working tank. The lid of the corker opens, the operator takes out the jar. The process repeats.
